Lead a team of Technicians:

Must be analytical and have high attention to detail. Must also be able to work independently and as part of a team when required. Must be able to use own initiative. Sense of urgency. Experience with Quality Management and Analysis Systems such as: QDAS (Data Analysis System for Capability and Trouble Shooting), Quality Worx, QLS (Quality Leadership System); engineering workstation; Microsoft Office Tools.
