Lead Property Manager – Group Real Estate

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng.
An international leader in the vehicle manufacturing industry requires the services of a Lead Property Manager – Group Real Estate.
Position Overview: The main mission of the Lead Property Manager – Group Real Estate is to secure the performance within the GRE scope of supply, property management, facility management and property projects in a way that supports both the demands from the operational plan, strategy and concepts, as well as existing legal requirements of the company.
One will act as a true business partner by securing excellent communication with tenants, landlords and suppliers; giving advice, proposals and project management services aligning business needs and demands with local colleagues/stakeholders.
The Lead Property Manager – Group Real Estate also provides expertise input and secures performance, business continuity, safety, quality, sustainability, cost control, efficiency, and property value over time, without compromising on Group needs.
The Lead Property Manager – Group Real Estate will also know how to improve performance using lean concepts to reduce lead time, eliminate waste and losses, and improve the quality of the Group's projects and services.
Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills Required: A completed Bachelor of Commerce University degree or equivalent essential.A completed Property Management Diploma/Civil Engineering Diploma.A minimum of 8 years' experience in Real Estate and Facility Management.Experience from working in an International company environment.Solid technical knowledge of Building Installation Systems.Proficient skills in Building Construction Methods/Site Infrastructure Specifics.Knowledge of Authorities Demands and Property Legislation.Experience of Project Management.Negotiating and Financial knowledge on how to add business value.Appropriate licenses where applicable.Thorough knowledge in Financial Control/ solid Presentation skills.If you meet all the requirements specified above and are interested in furthering the process, kindly send your detailed CV to Patricia Jacobs at ******
