Translate knowledge of relevant future-ready developments impacting assigned portfolio into tactics (building blocks) to prepare for anticipated changes to transform the portfolio.As part of the Project & Change Management portfolio supporting the global CIB Operations business, the role requires:Following the prescribed principles, templates, and guidelines developed to support the Project and Change Management capability across CIB Operations.Leading the allocated portfolio across all change initiatives in CIB Operations to drive impactful execution aligned with our Intelligent Process Model.Influence and coordination across CIB Operations, Technology, Business, and geographies as needed to drive the successful implementation of the project.Create effective and ongoing communication channels across the allocated project to create synergy and alignment for all related internal and external stakeholders.A complete understanding of the organizational process assets and enterprise environmental factors.Effective scope management.Effectively manage project budgets aligned with the allocated budgets and reserves.Create efficient project schedules ensuring projects are aligned with the allocated timelines.Ensure delivery of value across all elements of the project and ensure quality standards.Identify, manage, and execute on all project risks and issues.Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed.Stakeholder management across various levels.Ability to navigate complex internal and external dependencies to drive the impactful delivery of the portfolio, fully aligned with CIB Ops future state.Ensure projects are effectively closed out and handed over.Critical focus areas in the Intelligent Transformation value chain:Decide – Combine thought leadership with the relevant tools & frameworks to influence critical programme decisions and planning at a portfolio level.Execute – Leverage and nurture network to ensure efficient and continuously improving delivery across the portfolio.Realise Value – Hold firm to a data-driven approach to benefits realisation across the portfolio.Adopting practical approaches.Exploring possibilities.Critical Technical Competencies:Strategic thinking.Results focused.Driving decisions with data.QualificationsType of Qualification: DegreeExperience Required:1-2 years experience demonstrating an ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement fit-for-purpose solutions aligned to the overall organisational strategy.1-2 years experience providing evidence of continuous learning within the area of expertise and exposure to testing and analysing opportunities for improvement. Access to trusted advisors to verify and ratify learnings and opportunities for improvement.3-4 years experience demonstrating an understanding of data insights across the value chain and provide thought leadership on how this is used to deliver end-to-end solutions across functions with the client in mind.3-4 years experience demonstrating awareness of rapid developments within areas of expertise and use this knowledge to prepare the environment and stakeholders to anticipate and respond to changes in markets and industry to drive tangible business value.3-4 years experience demonstrating an in-depth understanding of market trends and developments in rapidly changing environments and tactics to drive change.
