Lead Product Developer

We partner with our clients on their digital journey, helping them to achieve financial and operational excellence through the best technology choices.We are looking for a Lead Product Developer who will be responsible for creating and developing new products and improving existing products.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBuilding and configuring applications.Ensuring team adherence to project quality standards.Communicating client's specifications to development teams.Assisting with application troubleshooting and debugging.Keeping projects on schedule to meet deadlines.Writing testable and scalable code for programs.Educating junior developers on best practices.Taking part in various business activities like client communications, marketing and sales.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.Design knowledge, and solid knowledge of the prototype design process.3+ years' experience working with AngularJS.Excellent analytical skills.Proven working experience as a product developer or in a related field.SKILLS AND ABILITIESExcellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Exceptional communication skills (both written & verbal).Apply cognitive learning quickly and effectively.Ability to multi-task and prioritise.Proactive and self-motivated.Creative and innovative thinking skills.WORKING CONDITIONSHybrid model.Good internet connection at home.Own transport.CONDUCT COMPETENCIESTo perform all duties with integrity, to the highest ethical standards, and in compliance with all relevant legal, contractual, and other requirements as mandated by the Alviva Code of Conduct.To keep up to date with the changes in applicable compliance obligations, controls and measures relevant to the role.To actively and visibly support staff to perform with integrity, to the highest ethical standards, and in compliance with all relevant legal, contractual, and other requirements as mandated by the SynergERP/Alviva Code of Conduct.
