Responsibilities include providing clinical supervision, team management, and contributing to the growth and development of our services.Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert clinical supervision to the team and support recruitment efforts to expand our workforce.Collaborate with the Head of Health Service and Associate Director for Health to deliver high-quality and cost-effective occupational therapy services.Manage and develop a team of therapists covering Richmond and Kingston, including networking to establish new relationships and adapting to emerging delivery models in education and health sectors.Maintain a small caseload while providing leadership and support in staff selection and employment within budgetary constraints.
