Key factors to your success include: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in performance management, organisation design, organisational development, or a related field. Proven experience in a global organisation, preferably within the mining or a similarly regulated industry. Demonstrated ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to interpret performance data and trends. Proficiency in performance management software and other HR technologies. Ability to think strategically and align performance management practices with organizational goals. Adapt approach and demeanour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations. Maintain a working understanding of the operations and their stakeholders through visits to the sites.
