The Opportunity : Our client is looking for a Lead Onboarding Analyst to lead a team of Onboarding Analysts, ensuring the smooth and timely onboarding of new customers. This role provides the opportunity to build a career while contributing to an impactful team. You will play a key role in shaping and improving business processes, while providing exceptional experiences to new clients. Key Responsibilities : Manage client pipelines and implementation schedules. Conduct consultations with new clients to understand their business needs. Document and scope business requirements to align with the system. Develop and build ad-hoc reports/data insights to meet client needs. Analyse and standardise new business requirements and implement necessary changes. Resolve client disputes and manage post-implementation client success. Handle data collation, clean-up, and standardisation from various sources. Plan, manage, and assign tasks within onboarding projects. Onboard and train new team members, setting team goals and KPIs. Monitor team performance and ensure alignment with company strategies. Test new product features and collaborate on product refinement for enhanced client experience. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (required). Minimum of 2 years' leadership experience (required). Experience in the South African financial services/financial planning industry (preferable). Experience in Fintech or SaaS (preferable). Proven ability to work with large datasets and identify patterns. Advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability to various software tools.
