Business Segment: Corporate & Investment BankingLocation: ZA, GP, Johannesburg, Baker Street 30To develop and implement a fit for purpose measurement strategy to measure and report on effective execution of Group Technology strategy goals and mandate through technology insights analytics and integrated reporting and dashboards. To measure the effectiveness of the GT strategy realisation focusing on early indicators and articulating insights allowing for databased decision making and support to the strategic program teams to deliver on strategic programs and the GT transformation journey.Design and produce dashboards, providing business insights and analytics to present the extent to which the Group Technology strategy is successfully realised. Direct and shape the data driven or data led decision making processes in the Strategy and Transformation Portfolio, enabled through succinct, relevant and timely measurement and metrics for strategy execution.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelors Degree: Information Technology &/ Mathematical SciencesExperience Required5-7 years working experience with cross-functional teams fostering collaboration and teamwork. Experience in engaging with a broad spectrum of stakeholders including senior executives. Knowledge of standard business processes including work prioritisation and best practices. Experience working in a multi-vendor and outsourced IT environment.8-10 years of working experience with the ability to plan, develop and execute a measurement management framework, to improve the accuracy, integrity and accessibility of information. Track record in knowledge and understanding of the IT systems and processes that is available to be used for the sharing, storing and retrieval of information in the organisation.Additional InformationThe ability to develop a long-term vision for the utilisation of IT based systems used by the Bank to modernise the work methods and improve efficiency and response times for different functions.Knowledge and understanding of various IT systems and related configurations as applied within a specified business environment.Possesses a deep and broad knowledge base in fundamental IT technical skill sets. Stays informed on emerging trends.
