Our client in Sandton is looking for a Lead Marketing Manager to join their branch Key requirement Marketing qualifications with working experience At least 3 years of experience in a management role Strong understanding of current online lead generation concepts, strategy and best practice Understanding CRM, how leads are nurtured, engaged and secured Data analytics monitoring for lead management success and effective budget management Platform management Key responsibility Capture and allocate leads on CRM upon first contact Crosscheck leads integration to CRM and allocation according to sales manager's report on sales team's strong points Follow up on leads about ongoing preferences, attend and analyze incoming and outgoing lead calls to provide proactive ways to improve the service Create and amend all copy on all communication going out to clients (CRM, SMS, emails from sales department) for a more effective and professional customer interaction Balance lead nurturing to keep customers interested and loyal, analyze and compare overall leads per lead source against approvals and actual sales to report on best boosting times for more leads Test and report on platform touchpoints if they effectively work or need adjustment.
Attend and respond to email incoming leads, keep the conversation going until lead loaded and allocated to CRM Build and categories leads report as per enquiries, status, quality to better and strengthen the follow up strategy (SMS & email campaigns) Lead nurturing of platforms, calls, emails, WhatsApp
