We're looking for a Lead Management Specialist to support our sales growth through effective lead qualification and management. Day to day, you'll be working alongside other changemakers from Marketing and Sales to nurture potential customers and optimize our lead flow process. You'll be working alongside other changemakers in our firm to elevate brand awareness and engagement through our owned social channels, integrated campaign support, and employee advocacy programs.
YOU WILL:Evaluate potential customers to determine their likelihood of making a purchase.Research, engage and qualify inbound leads.Update lead records in Salesforce.Assist in implementing lead routing to sellers.Monitor and engage with chatbot interactions.Track and manage potential customers, from initial contact through the sales pipeline.Assist in implementing basic lead management practices for events and webinars.Monitor and communicate core leadership job shifts for key accounts on a regular cadence.Regularly monitor and report lead volume, status and conversion to key stakeholders.Support lead nurturing outreach programs as directed.Continuously refine lead management activities to enhance the lead journey, leveraging data on lead behavior and conversion trends.Collaborate with team members to identify and implement improvements in lead qualification and nurturing processes.Contribute insights to help tailor communication and engagement strategies based on observed lead engagement patterns.Other duties as assigned.IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:While we hope you'll do a lot of learning and growing with us, there are a few things we would love to see from you. We are looking for you to bring your marketing knowhow, analytics acumen, and project management experience.
Experience:2+ years' experience in marketing, sales, or customer service. Application of Microsoft Office skills is a must too and professional services a plus. Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot or other CRMs and marketing automation platforms is ideal. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Exceptional people and communications skills:Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills are essential. You also need to possess the confidence to liaise with multiple groups including inside sales and marketing to optimize the lead journey. Finally, you need to be able to cultivate and nurture relationships with sellers.
Creative writing and storytelling:Demonstrating excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills for various channels leveraged in outreach.
Accountability and project management:Our specialist will need to take ownership for the quality completion of deliverables. Always keeping projects on track, managing time wisely, making strategic decisions, and keeping an eye on the details.
A bachelor's degree:Preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. This must be from an accredited college or university.
