Description The International Client is looking for a customer-facing Lead / Senior Product Implementation Consultant.
This role will suit a Software Implementation Analyst, Solutions Designer, or Application Support Engineer who is looking to transition into a more Product-related role with lots of diversity.
This position allows you to become the SME (subject matter expert) for this product.
We are seeking someone with a senior level of knowledge; this is not a junior-level role.
A solid infrastructure understanding is essential, and any cloud knowledge will be highly advantageous.
Working within project teams and reporting to a PM, you will be instrumental in implementing software solutions for clients based throughout the UK and globally.
99% of implementation projects are done remotely, but there may be opportunities to travel globally if you are open to it.
Full product training will be provided, but any experience in Application Support or Implementation will be preferred.
As a Lead Product Consultant / Implementation Engineer, you will be responsible for working with customers to understand their business processes and prepare for the successful implementation of the product, as well as consulting on best practice application configuration and mapping of customer operations.
You will collaborate with the implementation and support teams on the creation and maintenance of customer-specific training materials and work closely with super users across the business to maximize and promote effective user adoption.
Any knowledge based on Agile principles will be advantageous.
Salary & Benefits: Up to £70,000 + Pension, Medical, On-site parking with free EV charging, on-site gym, and many more.
This role will require you to be in the office or onsite at a client, as there is no home working.
