Lead Generation Agent
Inala Money Outsourcing, a FinTech arm of the Balfour Group, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Agent to join our team.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating sales leads for multiple products utilizing our systems, while building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Call customers to determine if they qualify for our services
Utilize exceptional sales ability to generate sales leads
Understand all sales and marketing aspects within the business
Gain knowledge of our offering and target market
Report back with detailed feedback on customer wants and needs
Meet targets and KPIs set out by management
Cold-calling and establishing rapport with clients
Explaining complex financial offerings to clients in a simple manner

Requirements:

Ability to communicate comfortably with high-level clients
Ability to use intuition and analytical skills to get the best outcome
Outbound sales experience with a proven track record
Well-developed listening and communication skills
Strong command of the English Language
Computer literacy (MS Office, Google Docs)
Able to negotiate effectively and handle client objections
