About the Role:
Remote Recruitment is in search of a Lead Generation Specialist to enhance our recruitment sales efforts. As a vital support role to our sales team, you'll focus on identifying new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and initiating contact with potential clients. You'll be the first point of connection, sparking interest among prospective clients and helping to grow our client base in targeted industries. This role requires a proactive individual who is organized, resilient, and motivated to contribute to the company's ambitious growth goals.
You'll work closely with our sales consultants, ensuring a smooth transition of leads and maximizing potential for conversion. With a fully cloud-based setup, you'll use advanced CRM tools to manage lead interactions and foster seamless remote collaboration with your team.
Key Responsibilities: Prospecting: Conduct detailed research to identify potential clients, building a pipeline of leads that align with our business's growth objectives. Initial Outreach: Engage prospective clients through email, phone, and digital communication, communicating our value proposition and building interest in our services. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on key criteria, ensuring a high conversion rate and optimal use of our sales team's time. CRM Management: Track and record all lead interactions in our CRM (monday.com) to ensure organized and transparent communication between sales and recruitment teams. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify potential growth opportunities and adjust lead generation strategies accordingly. Requirements: Experience in Lead Generation: Minimum 2 years in lead generation or sales support, ideally within recruitment or HR services. Excellent Communication Skills: Confident, professional communication skills to engage with potential clients and represent our brand effectively. Technically Proficient: Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
