Remote Appointment Setters
We are seeking skilled and motivated Appointment Setters to join our remote team, working from 3 PM to 11 PM South African time. This role is ideal for individuals with strong English communication abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a solid track record of stability in previous roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
Respond to inquiries and provide information about our services.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and appointments in our CRM.
Build rapport with clients and ensure a positive customer experience.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure appointments are properly handed off.
Requirements:
Excellent English-speaking skills, both verbal and written.
Proven customer service experience with a focus on delivering high-quality interactions.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and use new software and tools.
Demonstrated stability in previous roles, with a commitment to long-term employment.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls.
