Working hours: 07h30 to 16h00
Key deliverables:
Maintain and grow the organisation's database through telephonic and online research.
Adapt conversations to reach targets with the ability to persuade prospects to provide the required information.
Accurately record information in the CRM system (Salesforce.com).
Deep and extensive research of prospecting information such as individual names and companies to call from various sources, such as Google, LinkedIn, and supplied lists.
Achieve call and database targets.
Attend company outings, social events, and team projects.
This is not a sales or customer service role, but you are expected to achieve daily KPIs.

Education & qualifications:
Matric certificate (non-negotiable)
Ideally, still studying part-time to obtain a degree
Details of experience:
Computer literate
Experience with a CRM tool, such as Salesforce, would be considered an asset
Working knowledge of LinkedIn
