This includes:The technical delivery and orchestration of the business and technical teams.Coordination of all the business, stakeholder, and IT resources to ensure delivery against the plan.In conjunction with the Delivery Lead, delivers the target state and solutions within agreed timelines.Product:Ensures the sequencing of the technical solution build is completed and ensures the implementation timelines are realistic and balanced against the business requirements.Provides input into the demo visualization completed by the Design team (i.e., CX, UI, UX) and into the sizing of the features and components.Risk, Regulatory, Prudential and Compliance:Manages the technical risk and ensures that the build is aligned to risk and compliance requirements.Ensures all new processes/changes to the existing process (before being scaled) are clearly understood.Considers existing policies and procedures when building and testing different features as part of the solution whilst not incurring additional operational, credit, and market risk.
