Job Title: Lead ProcessorLocation: PretoriaAbout the Role:At Numeral XII (Pty) Ltd., we're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill our Lead Processor role. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for quality assessing leads and coordinating their distribution to the Sales team.Key Responsibilities:Achieve growth and meet sales targets by efficiently assessing and distributing leads.Ensure timely qualification of all leads received and maintain high-quality standards.Utilize data-driven decision-making to increase sales efficiency from a lead perspective.Support the sales strategy by efficiently distributing leads, ensuring a fair and equal distribution.Provide regular reports to Senior Management on lead success and distribution.Identify innovative ways to enhance lead generation.Requirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in client services and sales in a corporate environment.Prior experience in an administrative role is beneficial.Assertiveness and teamwork skills are essential.What We Offer:State-of-the-art tech building with on-site gym and two restaurants.Modern people practices and a dynamic work environment.Essential Skills:Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Fluency in English and Afrikaans.Preferred Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required.
