· Design, develop and deploy programs from program specifications.

· Construct and implement application programs.

· Construct / develop programs including coding, testing, and debugging.

· Ensure documentation of code / classes.

· Designing application prototypes.

· Coordinate application plans with the development team or client.

Requirements · Tertiary qualification in Computer Science and/or Software Engineeringand/or Information Systems and/or Information Technology and/or relatedtechnical certification in an IT field.

· Minimum of 10 years' experience as an application developer workingwith:

· HTML and CSS

· Microsoft SQL Server and stored procedures

· Blazor

· Minimum of 5 years' experience managing a development team, providingguidance and oversight to development teams.

· Proficient in Source Code Management applications.
