Purpose of JobJobholders at this level are experienced professionals capable of conducting work with general directions. They are primarily concerned with developing solutions to challenges which require some analysis to understand and resolve, and addressing issues escalated from junior levels. They undertake complex operational activities including reviewing technical and applied studies analysing the impact of Zakat regulations, carrying out all tasks related to advanced Zakat accounting activities to serve ZATCA properly.Job Responsibilities1. Consolidate and review public as well as relevant committees Zakat accounting inquiries and accordingly prioritize them based on urgency and complexity (rapid research or complex research).2. Support development of Zakat accounting studies plan and budget, as well as relevant standards and methodologies associated with conducting studies, ensuring alignment with ZATCA priorities.3. Support development of list of department level KPIs to accordingly measure accounting studies progress/performance as well as secure achievement of related objectives.4. Apply and use communication methods to ensure optimal workflows between research personnel and key stakeholders during operations.5. Conduct technical and accounting-based studies in accordance with relevant study specifications as well as set plan in order to assist key stakeholders in properly calculating Zakat.6. Develop reports highlighting study findings to be presented to key stakeholders (i.e., relevant committees).7. Prepare studies related to Zakat collection procedures, accounting standards and the resulting effects on Zakat collection to suggest modifications.8. Review the application of Zakat collection continuously, suggesting areas of development where professionalism and efficiency of collection is enhanced.9. Share the outcomes and findings of development projects with relevant agencies and departments to put into application what is relevant and beneficiary to Zakat collection.10. Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.11. Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner.12. Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly.13. Perform other duties as requested.14. Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable.15. Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/junior staff.16.
