Description Family office professionals ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of our clients' inheritance structures. Our comprehensive suite of services includes accounting, corporate structuring, estate administration, investment management, financial reporting, management accounting, tax compliance, trust administration, property administration, and management of bank and investment accounts.
Responsibilities Companies and Intellectual Property Commission submissions; Company and trust secretarial responsibilities; Drafting of agreements and board resolutions; Financial Intelligence Centre Act compliance; Payment processing; Property administration; Rental agreement drafting and processing; Tenant screening including reference and credit checks; Transaction processing and reconciliation.
Requirements A Bachelor of Commerce in Law, Bachelor of Laws or similar degree, a great personality and a commitment to excellence are minimum requirements for the position.
