Laundry Supervisor

Are you passionate about hospitality and laundry management? Harbour House Hotel in Hermanus is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Laundry Supervisor to lead our laundry team. Key Responsibilities: Supervise laundry attendants, ensuring efficient performance of duties. Manage the entire laundry and linen section, maintaining organization and cleanliness. Care for and spot treat linen to ensure long shelf life. Handle and treat linen and stains effectively. Oversee the inventory and proper use of laundry chemicals. Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent. Ability to instruct, guide, and supervise subordinates. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position. Experience in handling linen and stain treatment. Knowledge of laundry chemicals. Applicable Tertiary Qualification in Laundry/Hospitality Management (advantageous). Core Competencies: Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent time management skills. Highly organized with attention to detail. Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
