Landscaping Supervisor

This is a full-time on-site position for a Landscaping Supervisor located in the Stellenbosch Winelands area. The Landscaping Supervisor will be responsible for leading and overseeing a small team of landscapers and ensuring that all landscaping tasks are completed to a high standard. Tasks include scheduling and coordinating work activities, inspecting and maintaining equipment, managing the team's work quality and safety performance, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. 5 years' experience in landscaping and horticulture, with a demonstrated ability to lead and supervise teams Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients and team members. Knowledge of plants, trees, shrubs, grass, and soil, as well as plant pests and diseases Knowledge of irrigation systems and troubleshooting Knowledge of herbicide and pesticide applications. Ability to operate landscaping equipment, including lawn mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers Administrative tasks such as report writing, emailing, communication with clients and head office Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, lifting, and standing for long periods of time Valid driver's license and clean driving record Clean criminal record Grade 12 Certificate Computer literate
