Landscaping Foreman

The Landscaping Foreman will be responsible for overseeing landscaping projects. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of landscaping techniques and horticulture.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute landscaping projects, including installation, maintenance, and renovation of gardens, parks, and outdoor spaces. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications.
Lead a team of landscapers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring quality workmanship. Train and mentor staff, fostering a productive and positive work environment.
Liaise with clients to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular inspections of worksites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Identify potential issues and implement corrective measures promptly.
Oversee the use and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools. Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of necessary materials.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance. Provide accurate and timely reports on project status, including labor and material costs.
