The Junior Ladieswear Designer will work within the wider design team and assist in the designing and developing of Jersey and Woven product ranges.Responsibilities:Carry out trend and market research, keeping in mind the target customer and customer profilesInterpreting trends into commercial rangesCreating detailed tech packs to be sent to factories overseasDaily liaison with factories overseasAttending comp and inspiration shopping tripsMinimum Requirements:Applicants for the Junior Ladieswear Designer must have commercial CAD samples of garments, ideally have some experience in designing commercial ranges and be willing to work within a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
