Minimum requirements: B.Com Law/LLB or HR related tertiary education essentialMust own a reliable vehicleWilling to travel to clients in the Gauteng/National as and when required with stay overs when requiredMinimum of 3 years experience in labour consulting to clientsExperience must include advising on retrenchment procedures, disciplinary procedures (misconduct, incapacity) etcChairing disciplinary enquiries, CCMA / Bargaining Council conciliations and arbitrations (representing members)Drafting of contracts of employmentSound knowledge of labour legislationMust be able to work independentlyMust be able to sign up new clients and grow the existing client baseMust be fluent in English (spoken and written), Afrikaans (spoken) will be advantageousCTC - dependent on value add to the organisationConsultant: Stephnie Taljaard - Dante Personnel Cape Town
