Qualifications:National Diploma/Degree in HR Management / Labor Relations ManagementAt least 5 years' experience in labor relations, preferably in a manufacturing settingStrong knowledge of labor laws and collective bargaining agreementsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsExperience in conflict resolution and grievance handlingExperience in Recruitment & SelectionKnowledge of SAP SuccessFactors advantageousComputer literacy in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Duties:Manage and enforce collective bargaining agreementsAdvise management on labor relations mattersDevelop and implement employee relations programsOversee grievance and disciplinary processesRepresent the company in labor related mattersCoordinate attendance improvement programs and initiativesConduct regular communication with workforce representativesCoordinate recruitment processes in line with established procedures and practicesAssist HR Manager in daily functions as required
