·       Health and safety awareness.
·       Fair understanding of the company's quality management system.
·       Keen interest to strengthen skills in asphalt, aggregate and binder technology through training processes.
·       Testing and analysis of binder and asphalt.
·       Knowledge of performance grade testing.
·       Lead lab team and ensure results are processed as per QMS ·       Knowledge of SANAS 17025 standards.
