Key Responsibilities Provide laboratory support for housekeeping and project teams, assisting multiple project leaders.
Participate in multi-functional product development teams by generating, recording, and communicating laboratory data.
Serve as the expert on specific test methods, running tests for the team and improving accuracy and precision through statistical experiments.
Lead small tactical projects such as product improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and regulatory reformulations.
Requirements Minimum Qualifications A 2-year Technical Degree.
Experience working in a laboratory environment.
Knowledge of experimental design and analysis.
Familiarity with statistical software.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Role is based in Secunda, Mpumalanga.
Preferred Qualifications Practical understanding of chemistry.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
