A premium FMCG manufacturer is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Lab & Hygiene Manager to join their dynamic team in the Western Cape!
If you hold a minimum Degree in Microbiology , Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field, along with at least 3 - 5 years of experience in a laboratory environment, including 2 years in a leadership/management role, this position is perfectly suited to you.
Familiarity with the ISO 17025:2017 quality management system and internal auditing is essential.
The role involves managing the laboratory, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards, conducting audits, and overseeing lab operations.
A proactive, problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail are required.
