About the Role:We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead our digital marketing efforts, focusing on paid media campaigns.The ideal candidate will develop comprehensive brand and digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive enrollment, and exceed business objectives.You will manage and optimize lead generation websites and social media presence to engage with our target audience.Through data analysis, you will inform marketing decisions and measure campaign success to ensure optimal return on investment.Collaboration with internal teams is essential to align marketing goals and initiatives.Requirements:A formal marketing or related business degree is required.Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing for brands, with a proven track record of success.At least 4 years' management experience in an international company, driving cross-functional teams towards shared goals.Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, data analysis, budget management, and project coordination is essential.Location:This hybrid position can be based in Gauteng or Cape Town, offering flexibility and work-life balance.
R1,200,000 - R1,800,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience.
