Your Role as a Paid Social Specialist at Klingit
As a Paid Social Specialist, you'll work closely with our design and marketing teams, leading digital advertising projects across multiple clients. You'll drive strategy, oversee campaigns, and continuously optimize to ensure our clients' goals are met. Your analytical insights will guide our creatives in developing high-performance content, and you'll push clients forward with data-backed recommendations.
This is a fully remote, contractor-based, full-time role.
In This Role, You Will: Strategize, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn and other ad platforms, to drive results for a range of clientsUtilize data analysis (Google Analytics) and data visualization (Looker Studio) to report on campaign performance and derive actionable insightsLead client interactions, acting as their trusted advisor on digital advertising and performance strategyMaintain a deep understanding of each client's brand, goals, and audienceWork hands-on with creative teams to test and refine performance-focused contentPlay an active role in shaping our performance marketing offering, developing processes and workflows to elevate the client experienceThrive in a fast-paced environment that encourages personal responsibility and ownership, while providing abundant opportunities for growth and developmentWe'd Love to Hear From You If You Have: 3+ years of experience in digital advertising and performance marketingProven expertise in Meta and LinkedIn Ads, as well as strong data analysis skills with Google AnalyticsExperience in visualising data insights using Looker StudioDemonstrated experience leading clients and managing projects autonomouslyA solid understanding of creative content's role in performance marketing, including experience with creative testingExcellent communication skills in English, both written and verbalAdditional Skills (Nice to Have): Familiarity with Google Ads (search, video, display), Microsoft Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat adsAt Klingit, we believe that creative excellence and data-driven strategies are key to client success.
