A modern steakhouse located in Linksfield is actively seeking a Senior Kitchen Manager/Chef. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in kitchen management or as a chef, with a solid foundation in an a la carte restaurant environment. The role requires effective coordination and management of a bustling kitchen operation. Primary responsibilities will include overseeing stock management, handling variances, and preparing stock reports. The successful candidate must exhibit strong staff management skills and be capable of leading a kitchen brigade.
