Kitchen Manager/Chef

Candidates should have a good understanding of basic computer skills, additional knowledge of Micros system is a bonus but not a must training will be given
Should be able to do daily stock counts, do stock rotation and orders
Manage a team as well as plan schedules and conduct trainings
Candidates should be able to work well in a high-pressure environment
Kitchen manager will work together with the Senior kitchen manager to help complie variances reports, delegate tasks and run the kitchen efficiently in the absence of Senior kitchen manager
