Kitchen Manager Position Available at Redberry FarmRedberry Farm is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager. The ideal candidate is hardworking, possesses excellent communication skills, and can thrive under pressure while effectively managing a team.Key Responsibilities:Ensure the kitchen is fully stocked and prepped daily, maintaining high standards of efficiency.Oversee orders, stock control, and proper storage of kitchen products.Develop and update the menu annually, including accurate cost pricing.Uphold the quality control and presentation standards of all meals.Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure seamless service delivery to customers.Collaborate with the Bookings Manager to facilitate successful events.Maintain impeccable hygiene standards and ensure daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment.Qualifications:Strong knowledge of stock management, ordering, and food costing.Proficient in IQ Retail/Restaurant systems.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Minimum of 2 years of kitchen management experience in the restaurant industry.Proven ability to lead and work effectively with a diverse team.Comprehensive understanding of stock rotation and ordering processes.Availability to work on weekends and public holidays.Ability to perform well under pressure.Excellent interpersonal skills with both customers and staff.Please note: If you do not receive a response within 2 weeks of submitting your application, kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
