Leading 5-Star Hotel | 400+ Rooms | 8 F&B Outlets | 1,500+ Pax Function Facilities
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Chef for one of the largest and most prestigious hospitality operations in Nigeria. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the culinary direction of a 5-star hotel with over 400 rooms, 8 food and beverage outlets, and function facilities catering to 1,500+ guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all culinary operations across multiple outlets, including fine dining, casual restaurants, and extensive event catering.
Oversee menu development, food quality, and presentation to maintain 5-star standards.
Manage a large kitchen brigade, ensuring high team performance and training in line with international culinary practices.
Collaborate closely with other departments for seamless event and banquet coordination.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cost control standards are adhered to across all outlets.
Innovate and introduce new concepts to elevate guest experiences in all F&B outlets.
Requirements:
Internationally experienced Executive Chef with a background in leading 5-star hotel kitchens.
Proven experience managing operations in properties with 400+ rooms and 5+ F&B outlets.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams in a high-volume environment.
Excellent knowledge of diverse cuisines and the ability to cater to large-scale functions and banquets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving culinary trends.
Previous experience in Africa is highly desirable.
