Kitchen Coordinator

A new and exciting restaurant based in George Western Cape is seeking an experienced kitchen coordinator to join its team.

This person will be paid an hourly wage of between R35 - R40 per hour equating to approximately R8000 - R10000 per month.

This person will be responsible for management of the entire kitchen and its team.
Placing of orders
Conducting weekly stocktake
Ensure recipe file is followed
Control wastage
Implement portion control
Address daily stock variances
Conduct daily prep sheet counts
Call orders in the kitchen and coordinate orders between sections.

Please note that this vacancy is situated in George Western Cape. Candidates from alother areas are welcome, however relocation would be required.
