Key Responsibilities : Address client needs and concerns promptly and professionally, exceeding expectations to build lasting relationships.
Develop strong relationships with Account Managers, external client stakeholders, and team members.
Work respectfully and professionally with all colleagues, embodying company values and holding internal stakeholders accountable.
Identify and suggest ways to optimise, automate, and improve inefficiencies within your area of responsibility and across the company.
Requirements : 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager.
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education Technology, or a related field.
Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
Strong analytical thinking, innovation, and critical thinking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Must be available to work from the office in Cape Town 1-2 days a week (or as required).
Willingness to travel outside of Cape Town.
