We are seeking an experienced, strategic, ambitious, and highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate will be results-driven, customer-focused, and committed to helping us achieve our business objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to expand and manage our existing portfolio of enterprise accounts. We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Project Manager to oversee the delivery of our learning and development solutions to key clients. This role requires a professional adept at managing complex projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, and leading cross-departmental team deliverables. The ideal candidate will excel in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards, all while maintaining exceptional customer service and fostering strong client relationships.Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: Lead the end-to-end execution of learning and development projects for key accounts, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure milestones are met. Serve as a point of contact for stakeholder engagement, managing relationships and expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular client meetings to provide project updates, gather feedback, and address any issues or changes in scope. Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and delivery, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Facilitate effective communication and coordination among departments to resolve issues and drive project success. Provide superior customer service, ensuring all client interactions reflect the company's dedication to excellence and support. Address client needs and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming to exceed client expectations and foster long-term relationships. Develop strong relationships with MasterStart Account Managers, external client stakeholders, and other team members. Respectful and professional when working with others. Embodies the company values and mission while holding internal stakeholders accountable. Suggest ways to optimize, automate, and improve manual/inefficiencies within your current realm of responsibilities and or for the company in general.Requirements Requirements: 3 - 5 years of experience working as a project manager. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Education Technology, or a related field. Proficiency with project management software and collaboration tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Analytical Thinking and Innovation. Complex Problem Solving. Critical Thinking and Analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Work from the office in Cape Town 1-2 days a week (or as required). Be available to travel outside of Cape Town.
