Key Accounts Manager - SteelLocation: Kwazulu NatalSalary: R35 000 – R65 000CTC plus commissionMinimum Requirements: Grade 12 CertificateValid Drivers' LicenseA diploma in sales or a similar qualification would be advantageous5 years of steel trader experience.KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: Handling all enquiries, quoting and follow-ups.Building long-term relationships with key customersDeveloping knowledge of core products, pricing, suppliers, and rebate structures.Managing specific selected accountsAwareness of the status of each order (from A-Z) and keeping customers updated on a regular basis right through to dispatch.Providing weekly GP reportsMaintaining best practice with regards to stock controlTaking full responsibility for unallocated stock associated with specific deals.Completing weekly unallocated stock reportsQuote on enquiries using SA Steel suppliers.Arrange logistics along with support staff.
