KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVESOversee a portfolio of assigned customers.Create long term and trusting relationships with the clients to keep them happy, actively buying and paying in terms.Schedule a minimum of 4-5 meetings per day.Communicate directly with the clients' decision makers.Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.Be responsible for ensuring that the company understands and complies with the customer's requirements with regards to their billing procedures, purchase order requirements and any other non-standard requirements.Be responsible for ensuring that the customers' needs can be serviced within our normal systems and procedures, and to work with the Corporate Accounts Management team to find solutions that will provide consistent and effective service forever.Ensure that our customers understand our processes and procedures.Identifying problems on accounts, and proactively utilizing all available resources to get final resolution and decisions.Ensure integrity of our customer database / customers contact details are up to date.Develop new business from existing client and actively seek new sales opportunities (offering our full range of products).Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Prioritize Customer Retention and Rehabilitation.Ensure that clients' documentation requirements contracts, Banking, HSE, BEE etc. are kept up to date.Ensuring that the structure of the customers' accounts is set up correctly within DTS.Ensuring the correct solution is installed and that the client is happy with it.Negotiating price increases when necessary.Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management.Other duties and responsibilities assigned as required by the business from time to time.Qualifications And ExperienceMinimum Criteria:A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in customer care / key accounts manager roles.Skill RequirementsExcellent communication skills both written and verbal.High energy levels - fast paced.Assertiveness.Organized to manage a workload.Responding for customer's emails and requests in the same working day.Analytical thinking (using logic and investigative skills to get to the truth).Common sense.Self-driven and independent - does not need supervision.Extreme urgency in responding to customers.Attention to detail (to prevent problems in the first place).Keeping promises (or not making promises you cannot keep).Following up until the customer is completely happy, everything is working smoothly and the accounts are in terms.Resilient (rolls with the punches and perseveres).Takes ownership to get things done and not leave to deal with later.Desired SkillsACCOUNT MANAGERSALESCUSTOMER CARECustomer ServiceCustomer FocusSales DevelopmentSales StrategyPLEASE SEND CV TO: RECRUITMENT AND PLACEMENT EXECUTIVES
