Role: Key Accounts ManagerLocation: Pietermaritzburg - KZNBusiness development and maintenance of existing clients in line with organisational goals and targets.Team Management:Recruitment and placement of competent Associates in line with Client Service Level requirements;Maintain the organisations Statutory and Legislative compliance obligations thereby eliminating costly legal risks. Key Performance IndicatorsBusiness Development: Increase number of Clients, Associate headcount and permanent placements.Client Relationships: Build and maintain existing and new Clients and Contracts.Profitability: Ensure financial viability through maintaining and/or increasing profit margins.Management of Cost to Serve: Operations expenses and Client Contracts.Manage Operational Risks: Statutory and Legislative Compliance.Company Contribution. Required CompetencyProfessional Manner; Positive Attitude; EmpathyGood Communication Skills at all levelsKnowledge of Companys Recruitment and Internal Administration ProcessesAttention to Detail / AccuracySelf-Motivated; High Level of EnergyAbility to Work Under Pressure; Deadline DrivenWorking Knowledge of BCOE, WCA/IOD, Health & Safety, Benefits and Bargaining Councils Main Activities1. Client Management: Clients serviced according to Service Level Agreements.2. Associate Management: Effective recruitment, attendance monitoring and movement communication.Manage Legal and Financial Risk through Statutory and Legislative Compliance adherence.Manage Teams Internal Procedural Compliance contributing towards quality service delivery.Business Development through organized and coordinated Sales Activity.Building and maintaining customer relationships as a combined Operations team.Effective Reporting: Track trends, forecasts and strategy plans.Teamwork: Build and support relationships with Clients and Associates; and between your Branch and Payroll/Finance colleagues thereby contributing towards quality service delivery.Responsibly managing subordinates and providing the Business Line Manager with feedback.
