Business Development through organized and coordinated Sales Activity. Building and maintaining customer relationships as a combined Operations team. Effective Reporting: Track trends, forecasts and strategy plans. Teamwork: Build and support relationships with Clients and Associates; and between your Branch and Payroll/Finance colleagues thereby contributing towards quality service delivery. Responsibly managing subordinates and providing the Business Line Manager with feedback.
