This role is critical for fostering strong relationships with key clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand the client base.Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics.Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profit.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.Strong understanding of the manufacturing processes and industry dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
