The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key clients in the Asia region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or marketing, excellent proficiency in English and Mandarin, and a keen understanding of the freight forwarding industry would be beneficial.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Asia region.Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Sales and Business Development:Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic plans to expand the customer base.Market Analysis:Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings.Cross-functional Collaboration:Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Participate in regular meetings with the operations and logistics teams to align on client needs.Reporting and Documentation:Prepare regular reports on account status, sales activities, and forecasts.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
