About the roleWe are looking for a skilled Key Accounts Manager to maintain and expand relationships with our key customers.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business from Brokerages, exploring new target markets, and meeting targeted sales goals.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working in a UMA or Insurer, be target-driven, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.Key responsibilities:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationshipsDevelop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsorsGenerate new business opportunities from BrokeragesMeet and exceed sales targetsPrepare reports on account statusQualifications and skills:MatricRE 5 qualificationFETC in Short Term Insurance NQF 45+ years of experience in a similar roleTertiary qualification in Marketing / Business Administration (ADV)Experience in exploring new target marketsExcellent communication and negotiation skills
