Key Accounts Manager

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Build and maintain solid relationships with major key accountsActively expand relationships and bring in new key clientsResolve client issues and complaintsManage communications between key clients and internal teamsNegotiate contractsEstablish and oversee budgets (company and client budgets)Plan and present reports on account progress and goalsAnalyse client dataWork with team members from other departments to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met Requirements: MatricNational Certificate / Diploma in Sales or Marketing preferred3-5 years sales experienceBranding / signage / printing background would be an advantageGood Excel and CRM software knowledge Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyGoal-oriented, organized team playerExcellent interpersonal relationship skillsAble to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into solutions
