Key Accounts Manager

START DATE : A.S.A.P / ImmediateREQUIREMENTS:A degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in FMCG Sales, with at least 2 years as a Key Accounts ManagerProven experience in sales, providing tailored solutions based on customer needsExperience working in PNP Key Accounts at the National Buying levelMust reside in Cape TownStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levelsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailProven experience in industry-related problem-solving and negotiationStrong aptitude for resolving issues and negotiating effectivelyProficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel DUTIES: Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of key retailers, to ensure they do not turn to competitionAcquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirementsExpand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectivesEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely mannerServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teamsResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trustPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationshipsPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics HOURS: Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
