Key Accounts ManagerOur client is seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to oversee operations in the vibrant city of Boksburg, Johannesburg. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients in the dynamic fiber industry.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and requirements.Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional service and support to key clients.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to key accounts.Provide regular reports and updates on key account performance and opportunities for growth.Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to identify potential threats or opportunities.Desired Experience & QualificationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications or fiber industry.Skills and ExperienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.Proven track record of managing key client relationships and exceeding sales targets.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
