Job TitleKey Accounts Executive (Corporate Clothing)As a Key Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing the company's portfolio of corporate and school clothing accounts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring the highest standards of quality control, and bringing in new business opportunities. This position requires a deep understanding of the textile industry and a passion for delivering exceptional service.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.Oversee the sales process, from initial contact to final delivery, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for clients.Responsible for the Quality Control department. Ensure the highest standards of quality control for all garments received and delivered.Provide regular updates and reports to clients on the status of their orders and any potential issues.Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure that client specifications and quality standards are met.Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strategies.Qualifications and Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Consumer Studies, Fashion, Textiles, or a related field.Proven experience in the textile industry, with a focus on corporate and school clothing.Strong sales and client liaison skills, with a track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, and external partners.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality control.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Own vehicle is required.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the corporate and school clothing industry.Knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.SkillsSales, Key Accounts Management, Communication
