Key Accounts Assistant

Duties: Providing administrative support to the Key Accounts Manager(s) Set up for customer meetings Ordering & controlling of samples for shows and presentations General client administration duties Assist with queries of products not scanning in store Typing and distribution of minutes, general correspondence, deal sheets, allocations etc. Preparing of spreadsheets Set up of appointments for Key Accounts Departments Handling of general Key Accounts queries as requested Minimum Requirements: Have a minimum of two-years work experience. Must have tertiary qualification. Solid administration skills with advance Excel. Own reliable transport. Valid drivers license Have good understanding of merchandising principles and standards
